With all the publicity and sales, developments of sites almost every week since the rush, I would say our investment still looks like a great choice. Oviously we can't replace .com, but we can replace any other extension when it comes to mobile devices. Since .mobi was founded for mobile devices, this puts us as investors ahead of any other future mobile extension that may come to existence. For now, we may be sitting on gold mines and not know it.
We took a shot with a small amount of money and invested in pottentially one of the greatest creations since the .com rush. A revolution is in the proccess...
Life and everything around the universe is made of two forces. + and - there always will be two feedbacks on any investment.
For the present time, as a .mobi investor it seems to be sunny. The rainbow continues to pop up every week. Will just have to wait and see if the sky will continue to stay sunny....
So what should our game plan be for the next 5 years:
If you were lucky enough to catch premium two word .mobi domains, then don't rush your head into selling for low price. Keep it for the time being and lets see how far the path will take us. Life is based on up and downs... for now it seems this investment choice is taking us UP. In the long term, developing the domains will make us millions. Otherwise, if your just registering for fast turn around, you are likely to take advantage of the sale rush and make a bit of profit. Your better off purchasing oil stocks or gold.
As a dot mobi community we can collage our visions and ideas and turn it into an empire.
Long live the KING of MOBILE WEB.mobi

heres my plan: watch my back, dont lose my ass.. be careful in a speculative extension like mobi.
but most importantly: make money and hedge hedge hedge.
oops did i say that.... what i meant was: look out for other peoples interest and be worried that i might be selling my .mobi's to a gullible noob (like myself)
i honestly cry myself to sleep some nights at the thought of selling my mobi's to other speculators.... i die a little inside each time.
My game plan for the next 5 years is to maintain my single .mobi, Acroplex.mobi, pointed to Acroplex.com![]()

That's because prior to 2002, my domain was a meta search engine popular with the eastern block![]()
But I know already
Hence my plan to remain .mobi-less![]()
Since the .com rush?
The original post reminded me finance.yahoo.com stock message boards. A long who has lost 50 percent of his original money is screaming for other bagholders to keep tight. Even the nature of the thread is crying with "fear" from the beginning that .mobi bagholders will lose their money.
Long live .mobi.
Until another .crap is brought to the market

Also found on google search for Acroplex...the two headed snake. What more evidence is needed for this sharp witted venomous creature called Acroplex.
No way am I taking this down.![]()
