Not bothering updating developed mobi thread as dozens coming on board every day
Nice when a big player comes along with nice site, especially when fellow carriers are bound to follow suit.

sas.mobi is redirected to mobileportal.se
always buying domains with type-in traffic. all tlds.
depending on your location it is actually redirected here: http://www.mobileportal.se/?__redir=...nt&lang=en
but whats your point?
But surely dozens 'coming on board' every day is more reason to keep that thread going.....?????
I didn't know that thread was only for the big boys, i feel so foolish now for posting my domain now...![]()
You know, it'll be the little sites that will eventually build the foundation for .Mobi, if it ever is to take off, as EVERYONE's allready heard of the 'big players', and quite frankly, are fed up of seeing their names plastered everywhere, whereas, the remarkable developed sites such as dir & boing are such a great building-blocks for the extension.....
So, why are more people not developing their .Mobi's??? The meidocre domains won't sell themselves....
Just my 2c worth, have a great day!!!
I may have misunderstood the op, but I somehow got the impression www.sas.mobi was used for a "developed" web site. I just wanted to point out that it's redirected, nothing more.but whats your point?
always buying domains with type-in traffic. all tlds.
interesting...didn't know about x.com. there are even some indexed pages: http://www.google.com/search?q=site:...s=MQU&filter=0
always buying domains with type-in traffic. all tlds.
it's there for everyone dude, small mobis, big ones
they're all important
i posted my little sites too, no worries
point being there are so many coming on board every day, it's almost pointless to keep that baby alive
BUT, people are always interested to hear when a big player gets involved that can have knock on effects, hence this post
cheers
well in this press release, they only mention sas.mobi ... it's so much easier to promote, the user doesn't know what the actual adress is...

I don't think the redirection is important, what's important is the url you see in advertising. That is what people will remember and what they will get used to typing in. For .mobi to succeed they need the average person to get used to domains with .mobi at the end, so that they know it means mobile.

Redirection fact is important but more important is what they advertise and what is going to stay in peoples mind - MOBI.
Within time there is going to be less and less percent of redirections.
