I believe the comission is a flat $50 for anything under $500 at sedo.

Yeah, you've got to keep those sky-high selling fees for .mobi in mind when you set your starting price, that's for sure. In my opinion

Re: SXE.mobi sold on SEDO auction

If you sell in euros, it's 150 euros i believe etc.
sedo reckon transfer is more complicated. Load of crap.
It's a simple push, no auth code, should be easier if anything.

Re: SXE.mobi sold on SEDO auction

    sedo price List

.mobi still is in the category "other domains"

If domains are parked with Sedo, you will have to pay no minimum commission on the majority of TLDs. Commission is set at a flat 10%.

If you domains are not parked with us, our commission is still 10% but for most TLDs, they charge a minimum of 50 $/€/£.
    This doesnt count for .mobi

You always pay a minimum of $ 150!

Re: SXE.mobi sold on SEDO auction

$150 fee is an absolute freekin' joke!
Can we get a sedo rep to explain what the duck is goin' on???

Why is it different from any other extension for a start?

Perhaps they are being sold too soon...
I wish some company would start advertising their .mobi to the public. Which brings to mind, why hasnt the big companies like microsoft or vodafone announced their .mobi yet!? :greenconfused: They were the sponsors of this extension. Why are they waiting!?

They are probabaly waiting to flood the masses with DotMobi keypad ready Mobile phones in 2007 and then hit hard. Otherwise they will look stupid.

Yes i agree. With my heart & head.
Just like every christmas. Everyone will spend a stack on tecnology presents, phones, ipods etc
Come Jan/Feb all the sales sell them off. Late winter , early spring all the new stuff comes out & outdates evrything before. Normally it pisses me off, this time i can't wait for my phone to be outdated.
    Cheers,
    Pred
