The problem is that many people use these big sales as a reference point. Now you tell me what type of person buys Sportsbook.mobi for 133K or so and then makes their Whois Private, while at the same time telling the competition that they will be launching a .mobi site in 2007, while also making it impossible for anyone to contact them in any way?

Perhaps the "el mafiaso" bought sportsbook.mobi.
Perhaps a competitor of ftd.com bought flowers.mobi.
I am skeptical as well on these, but anything is possible. Im not going to say its real or a scam yet until i see it with my own eyes.
As for developed sites, I developed a few using affiliates. Its in Japanese, but you are more than welcomed to see them. Ill PM them to you or to your mobile phone (if you have a mobile phone) if you would like to see them. Although they are in Japanese, they are developed. I use affiliates on those sites and make enough money to pay for my drinks each month.

That should be easy to find out as they are claiming a TM for what looks like the whole name including the extension.

I looked in up at uspto but I couldn't find. I guess it's registered in another country.
