I told you via PM about the TM issues you are going to have with it,hi5 could take this away anytime for free even at $500 its a punt but $5k is suicide IMHO

i refused 6.5k before for this name on NP one year ago , i never had any TM problems for this name .

Makes no difference what you refused,i just got a name for $70 i offered $2k 12 months ago......times have changed especially when i have never known so many UDRP's about.........but for such a large amount why did you not do escrow,you just gave him the domain without payment ?

buyer back out and want to transfer the domain name back !
