Following is a current (maybe faked) whois of pcla.com so be careful to buy this domain name.
PCLA.com was stolen now.
After I receive the fund via PAYPAL.com,PCLA.com was pushed into the eNomCentral.com account(I made one instead of this guy).
After he receive the domain name, he cancelled the payment of PAYPAL.com.
I don't know how this kind of things happen in PAYPAL.
After we receive the goods or domain names, can we cancel the payment anytime?

He contacted me through Namepros id: SteGaNoS making an offer for my CVCV.com and when I countered his offer with double the price, he kind of agreed asking for msn so that made me doubtful about him.

But now when we were talking on msn, he agreed to escrow as well, later on rejected escrow saying he wants to pay by paypal as he dpesnt want to pay escrow fee.. I lowered my asing price saying I will bear those expenses and he agreed. As soon as I placed a request in moniker escrow for the transaction, he disappeared!! lol

i was so stupid at that time. The more stupid thing was i made an enomcentral.com account by myself. This guy told me to make one for him but i didn't doubt at that time. But this guy can command good english by msn. So don't trade with paypal with the person you don't know.

I was mad at that time.

Get another paypal accunt. This way you can use this one to receive funds, and second where you can xfer funds to after receiving them in the first one!!

Definitely interesting, I have secondary account verified and linked with a minor credit card which never has more then $20-$30 available as credit. So if Paypal will try to recover reversed funds , they will get nothing and my account balance will go negative, however I will save my money "which some scammer will triy to scam me off" by filing dispute with paypal because I have already xferred those funds to my primary paypal account, very much legal and is under my brothers name.

P.S. This type of method is suggested and should only be used for legitimate purposes and dont ever try to scam any one!!

I guess you'll think twice now before doing it again.

I'd start a paypal dispute on the cancelled payment and get on the phone with their customer service.

I think that this is not good method because my friend had been scamed by someone and his paypal had negative balance, and now he is getting letters from debt collection agency...

Interesting point, never knew Paypal started hiring Collection Agents!! However as far as I know, they can only email or call seeking you do something about negative balance, however if you were right and had used your account for legitimate purposes Paypal cant force you to pay!

Paypal cant do anything when users file unauthorized transaction claims as they go by the book and do what is said in their policies or terms of use even if you were being scammed!! But what I've recommend above method is to save your A*S from such scammers by quickly switching funds from your secondary account to primary account and stay in peace!!

Method is working PERFECTLY for me, so I thought I had share since alot of fellow members/users are being scammed by few dirtbags out there :(
