We can dig up tons of info on this character, but like many of you have suggested, is anyone seriously looking into legal actions?

Any LEGIT person would right their wrongs A.S.A.P., as that would be the appropriate thing to do to STAY IN BUSINESS. This person is 100% not reputable, and because of the clear disregard to his/her victims of fraud - as others have mentioned, he/she will assume a new identity, until exposed again.

This person has dabbled in internet fraud for well over 2 years from what has been seen!! Something needs to be done.

See, the problem was that I didn't go digging for dirt. Someone started a thread that looked very convincing of an ongoing crime. In fact, I had my doubts because I was bound to the amount of trust that Patty had earned from me in the course of the past few months. Once the first links to fraud cases started being posted, it was easier to see the real picture. The real issue now is preventing Patty from getting yet another alias to repeat this feat all over again. She never owns any domains for more than a few months, goes undercover and lets them expire. By the way, it's easy and cheap to get copies of the cases in Seattle that explain in full what she was arrested for. I'm sure that unless she contacts the persons she defrauded, including returning Alex's $5,000+ then she's bound to spend some long jail time for that case alone. Lastly, I see definite elements of psychotic behavior which stem from lack of accomplishments in real life. She might be a fun person to hang out with and shoot the sh!t - just make sure you hod onto your wallet.

One thing is for sure, I am baffled at how entangled into our community she was before finally getting caught. Props to the OP for posting this.

She was never really into it, was just trying to play a role of "smart patty", however on the other hand was also piling up evidence after evidence of the way she was doing business around while scamming other ppl of their money.

Obviously cover had to be blown up by one or the other who got ripped by her.. Wasnt really a smart scammer IMO, just one of 'em who would talk you into doing business with self and if you're smart enough, would never get deep down into her gibberish... right?

I was just a character there. Never was out to scam people. It was a business deal that went wrong. yeah I made mistakes and you can stand on your glory that you have never done anything wrong but you know what? I have made choices that have rendered the consequences that I have.

In that profile, you can see creativeidealistjr@hotmail.com as the email address.

Searching Google, that email turns up at another forum under the alias CreativeIdealist.

If you see the "Interests: money, kids and brainstorming" section you will see most of the keywords match with one of her other proefiles where she has mentioned about money & other interests.

I have a doubt that she use to operate as a "Male" person as well.
