Load the names, do the scan, sort by Google searches, export, and select the top 500.
Is DRT still supported? And if so, who do I contact? I'm having some really strange VB error messages related to .org and .ca domain whois requests :(

Yeah, doesn't work for me either and no reply to any support emails over last several months. If the software is not supported and doesn't work then DNF should remove it from offers and recommended software.

I can't even get DRT to check availability anymore. I think it may just be time to move on. The last update was 12-22-2009.
I have a free bulk pagerank/pr validity checker that might be worth trying if you care about pr domains.
Its at n3twork.com right off the home page, just click the little network plug that says install app. Try not to abuse it, it uses my proxies/servers to circumvent throttling limits. One domain per line then hit the play button.
Also have a free domaining app in the iphone app store called Sitespotter that is ok for finding short deleting names. Keep in mind its free before you go giving me a poor rating
Now just a shameless plug or two: I have a paid web application called Sitespotter that is great for getting domain metrics. Also am in the process of releasing Snatcher 2 at dropcatches.com. Neither of these are free though - but well worth every penny IMO

You get the full version trial with purchase of his catching software.
So one must pay for a trial? That's laughable... but I'll try the software.
