DynaDot Stealing Your Research! Beware!!

I always register fresh domains and develop them, and I recall that I researched a good domain a month back, it was,

AuthenticSource.com (Plural is owned by BuyDomains.com)

and I lost it when I checked 2 days later. I though that it could just be a coincidence.

And 2 days ago I researched,

PickyDomains.com

and its lost when I checked today.

I can sense something is wrong here.

Never had any issues with other registrars when I researched.

Any ideas?

Yep and it's been going on for a long time. either it is a big coincidence or someone at the registrar (or WhoIs service) is harvesting WhoIs data to find good domains.

firstly, why would you wait two days if its a valuable domain.. research or not, people will bound to go reg it

and secondly, dynadot is one of the few registrars that i believe does not frontrun. i sometimes hesitate before a reg, and 1 hour later i find its gone. common place in domaining.

Pickydomains was reg'd in 2007 and it's at GoDaddy, what does that have anything to do with a domain name that you searched for 2 days ago at Dynadot?
