We have bought a lot of websites from DP, ********* and couple other well know sites so no worries- we have the funds and are very serious buyers. We also prefer to close our deals through escrow.com to protect both the seller and buyer.

We buy sites and pay anywhere from 10 to 20 months of net revenue depending on the sites history and earnings and type of site and other factors.
