There are many blogs which pay you for writing.For example ENVATO group of blogs will pay you for writing tips/tutorials about photoshop,technology and many more subjects.Similarly ********* and many more forums allow you to write for a fee.Just have a visit to following link-

And yes..you can write for mashable too,but they will not pay you,but you can use these posts for a reference when you are writing for other sites.

well you can look for work at Fictional Point .com (a pseudonym) but most of them are crooks. Fibital Point is not what i rec.
Try associated content. kept me in groceries for months a few years back.
and now they are having elevated content calls and real assignments.

really , AC is the best engine for building a online repository of articles on all topics for pay.

if they ever found a way to portal webmasters with writers they'd own the online writing market.
