    RSS Question

I've noticed that most news RSS feeds such as Yahoo, AP and Reuters only include a title and a snipplet of the news in question.

My question is, is it fine to manually add news to your own site in the area of roughly 2 paragraphs and possibly their picture rather than their one sentence and still backlink to the whole article?

I haven't seemed to find any RSS "rules and regulations" for using on websites. Maybe just a copyright issue?

    Thanks in adv.

I think Yes, as long as you link to the main source.
