Well does the site receive a lot of traffic? Cause if the link gets traffic from there toot he value will increase considerably.

Make sure you only link to sites in your websites category otherwise you will loose your PR.

pr7 links are usually sold for $30-50/month, or up to $100 per month depending on the quality. You can sell like 10 links per page though
