There was a guy offering 20 submissions a day for $2.00 on this forum
That may be a better option or you may ask him to just submit to 10 directories a day.

Well i just finished doing my link building on a site of mine and it is already on page 1 of google(a month old site with 600k+ competition) and i was thinking about offering a link building service.

This would not be directory submissions or anything like that. Solid dofollow backlinks which are permanent and have good link juice.
