Does Yahoo have anything similar like the Google Keyword Tool?

Hello,

I am sure many of you know the Google Keyword tool : https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

- a tool where you enter a keyword and it shows a number of relevant keywords along with average bids, advertiser competition and search volume

Does anybody know of anything similar with Yahoo? A tool which shows advertiser bids and/or advertiser competition and search volume?

Thanks

thanks buddy. For some reason Kaspersky causes the page not to appear correctly so I cannot access it. Anyway, is there any source of fresh data from Yahoo?

you will have to set up an account at searchmarketing.yahoo.com then create a campaign. when you reach the step to choose keywords you will be offered a keyword tool.

not really like the overture tool, but more like the goog tool.

you enter a keyword and it gives you a variety of keywords and phrases that not only contain what you entered, but also have variations of word(s)
also like the goog tool it gives an estimated search volume. unlike the goog tool which displays a bar graph relative to the list yahoo gives a # range.

example:

I enter "sailing" and get the following results.

it will show a graph of what your min bid will need to be if you want the top spot or the "max" click-through. otherwise it gives some info but not very exact.

yes, the graph however represents an average from all keywords... or is there some place there where I can check for individual keywords?

the only possible option i see is if you set up a campaign then for each ad group you only choose one keyword/keyword phrase with the exact match option on.

this is an untested idea, and i'm not sure if it will work, but do share your findings.
