Can anyone recommend a Twitter expert? On DogPark.com, I receive an email whenever a rating is posted for a dog park. I would like that to automatically post something like this on Twitter instead of having to do it manually:

Several questions:
1) wondering how is this useful to others? and what can you get from this?
2) it's pretty simple if this can be plugged into your existing website.
3) it's not that hard to read the msg from your email and tweet the msg. If you go with this way, you need a separate server.
