Country:   | Look for the Wordpress plugins. Several Adsense plugins, but you'll need to review the howto's. Review the plugins offered on the WP site. You'll index fast, so be careful how you deploy. Rather, my time to life is as little as three days in Google when going live with WP sites. Works well. So, get the content ready.
