In your experience, is the Adsense CPC on your sites relatively close to the stated 'Average CPC' on the Adsense Keyword Selection Tool? Have you ever had a relatively high 'Average CPC' keyword on your site but only recieve pennies? If so, why?

The average CPC is 0.15 for me. :( Have been working on its alternatives nowadays.

Adsense CPC depends on your content. I have one site with cell phone content, and the CPC is about 50 cents. I have another one with car content, and the CPC can be as high as $2.

it's about 5x less than any number that Google gives you
