Don't want parking, need mini sites!

I have approx 250 .com domain names and tried 38 names with parked.com showing very dissapointing results since last November.

I saw a couple of videos about SITE BUILDER ELITE which seemed quite impressive by Gary Nugent. Would members here endorse that product?
Or, would there be a catch to using automated PHP scripts.

I realise many of you would say "go with Wordpress" judging by the posting in this forum, but I am not that techie minded, unless it's easy to pick up.

Would really appreciate your thought on this.

Thanks

Pete

Look into scripts (many of free sites) to make mini sites, you just add content.

Make sure you have an AdSense account (or others if you prefer).

Yes, Ted Nugent is a rocker! Gary who?

I understand (but have not dived into it) Wordpress is pretty quick to pick up. I may try it.

But I am currently diving into Joomla. Pretty incredible with anything theme or extension wise you can think of.

Hopefully I will master it and take all my domains from parking to dynamic sites.

Start with developing domains which get significant natural traffic, and work down from there.

I use homestead.com sitebuilder since 2000, never had any problems. eventually I'd like to have hosting and build sites the way people are mentioning above, but never had a reason to use anything else yet.

right now I wouldn't know where to start with scripts, joomla, wordpress or whatever. it's all foreign to me. website builders like homestead are point, click, type text, add photos, very simple and easy to learn. and they get search engine ranking, I can just point my domains to sites I build.

Hugegrowth, I had a look at homstead's site and was quite impressed with the professional look and feel of their sites. One question if I may, as I can't get in touch with them so easily from the UK is, if I developed a good site with taffic and then decided to flip it, would that be possible? I have a feeling that it wouldn't be as the sites are built around their servers.

Thanks

There is a thread about this. DCG advertised it, and endorses it. I also saw there videos. Looks quite good. If you try, please get back to us.

I have copied some of my sites when I changed software programs. I downloaded the site to the new software & then uploaded. The new site may not reproduce 100% , however.

Hello, long time listener here but I have decided a while back to give domaining a go. About the topic I have been more impressed with wordpress than any other script or parking service that I have used. I launched 2 sites this week using wordpress and I have had many post already indexed with Google plus I have 2 visitors on my RSS. 1 of my articles has already been copied and backlinked to my site. This is all in about 4 days. Not bad for a new site.

The plugins are what make wordpress so good. Google webmaster tools and sitemap plugins make getting indexed a cinch. If you have an idea or wish a there was a plugin to simplify your work, just search Google for the plugin and chances are someone has created it.

My 2 cents

Hi, instead looking for wordpress mass installer etc, i can offer you gridparking.com ( yet 100% free )

( demo: http://demo.gridparking.com/videos/Domain+Parking/ )

All setup for the script is easely done in a plain config.txt that can be created using our online tool http://www.gridparking.com/configure/ , adcodes/pub-id can be added to both skyscraper-adcode.html and content-adcode.html

Because of few interest, ad-rotation is still set to 100% for all new users,

You could use something like XSitePro and iStock photo to get a quick site up. A Wordpress blog with a good theme is also a quick way. However, when you build there has to be some value there and a compelling reason for visitors to return.

Mini-site: A small site, around 5-10 pages of good content. Usually good for building up traffic from nothing to test. Also good for self-parking (well placed ads etc..).

WordPress - a free blog script for a website, requires PHP and a MySQL database (both are usually included with most hosting packages).

I set up a few dozen sites with http://www.nichesitescript.com/ . There is still a lot of setup work to get each site going (although much less than adding content to Wordpress or Joomla - plus no database needed).

If you have hundreds of domains it can be a real drain on your time to get things up and going with Wordpress or Joomla. I would advise you find a script that has an eaasy "set up wizard" if you are going to go this route.

Good Luck!

Doobee,

Interesting, as nichesitescript.com doesn't accept YouTube videos.
There has been a lot of discussion about employing methods against content providors TOS. http://www.warriorforum.com/forum/to...OPIC_ID=207649

One question please Doobee, if one obtained permission from say 3 or 5 content providors on You Tube to allow to use their videos, is there a functionality to incorporate these videos into the nichesitescript?

Thanks

Pete

Consider www.DevelopQuick.com we do bulk orders - I honestly this we provide the best model for developing to monetize that is geared for high click-thrus and for resale presentation of the domain name.

our own DevelopQuick.com site www.TaxRebateCalculator.com has been a monsterous success!
