Country: | Getting LOTS of uniques and NO ad revenue! Help! Hey all, I recently launched Ramiele(dot)net for the popular American Idol Contestant and I am getting GREAT traffic! Already at 2000 uniques per month, and its only been regged for a few weeks. Hoping to get to 10,000/month in the next couple of weeks. If your familiar at all with American Idol, you know that you need to capitalize on traffic when its there because it may disappear at any time. So heres the issue, I have Kontera, Adsense, and a couple of CJ advertisersrunning on the site and I am seeing almost a 0% CTR! any suggestions? Thanks!

The ad placement sucks on the site. Have adsense above the fold. Remove the login form from the top right, replace with ringtones banner or some other affiliate offer.

Country: | Thanks Guys! I'll play around with it. I've had a bit of trouble getting used to creatively placing ads in Mambo. I've tried numerous solutions but they don't really offer what I'm looking for. Sorry, what do you mean "above the fold"?

Country: | Don't be sorry man, there's no such thing as a stupid question. Above the fold refers to the part of the website you can see on the screen, without scrolling down.

Country: | Gotcha. Alright made some changes, removed ads and changed the login form. I don't really like the ad (Or maybe its the centering) in the top right corner.

DNF$: 110 Location: San Jose | These type of sites are easy to get traffic for but hard to make money on. try selling cable or satellite tv high commisions above $100 I make tons more on affilate ads then with adsense IE this month affilite income about $4000 adsense $100 I did a quick search on satellite tv affilates and found this one http://www.revenueallies.com/ comcast and cox pays $105 direct tv and dish pays $145 also add some tags for these terms so adsense displays these high paying ads let me know if this works for you
