Some traffic numbers:
Pageviews per month - 1,810,280
Visits per month - 180,015
People per month - 32,613
Google Analytics is showing the average time someone is on the site is around 12 minutes.
What kind of numbers should I expect to be making through advertising? Is Google still the best or are there some other viable alternatives?
I've done a lot to SEO the site, but people tend to click more on banner ads instead of text ads. Or people just arent clicking at all.
Open to all suggestions and feedback.
If you have a quality website, your best option outside of AdSense is to solicit direct advertisers. It's a lot of work, but you can usually make more money this way. Leave AdSense in the rotation, and just swap it out when you get direct ad contracts.

Soliciting advertisers directly takes too much time. Try adding affiliate product feeds to your site...something like popshops.com
