Help me out! It will pay off...

Hi Guys,

I need some help from people who know the game. I have done my share of flipping domains by adding content and custom web work into them but its always tons of work and to be honest for the work its not very much cash. Don't get me wrong, I love working and putting time into sites but for the time I put into it, its just not paying off. I really want to dedicate my time to a proven strategy that works, I'm busting butt right now making 2400 a month on full time side projects that I am undercharging big time just for the work, I'm not even getting 4 hours of sleep a night. I always do the development for other people and have never really developed any big projects for myself. I guess what I'm trying to say is, if I'm going to dedicate all my time to something to the point of burning out, I want it to be worth while and lucrative. I see people on the forum making 6k a month on a single site and its bread crumbs to them. I need someone who is currently making real money off sites to show me the way. In turn I will be happy to help you out with my knowledge. I will take care of you on the development side, any sites you need created... any logos.. css based sites, database driven... whatever you need. I figure with my development skills and someones knowledge of making cash off content we could really help each other out. I'm opened minded to any ideas, it doesn't have to just be off content sites. If you are making money using drop shipping or any niche sites please let me know... at this point I'm just looking for a way to bust less *** to make around the same amount of extra supplemental income. I have always been the person who offers free help or design services because I know how shady the industry is, now I need a little help and someone to take me under their wing.
