What are the highest paying niche sites in your experiences? What keywords are highest paying?

What do you recommend for content on these sites to squeeze the most revenue out?

I find Insurance, Education pays a lot....mostly anything financial does very well.

If you can sell products or...have very useful information that is constantly changing. That's the best way to keep people coming back and maximizing on revenue.

Domain parking? Direct linking to CPA or PPS offers? MFA Micro-sites? What?

Although considering the way things are at the moment, I get the feeling that Employment is going to be a big on in the upcoming weeks.
You may also want to try Stocks and Metals.
