How can I prove to sponsors that I have x number of "leads"?

I am providing a free service and to make money I am getting sponsors. My free service involves people giving me their address, via an online form, so I can mail them a packet and I want to include sponsor material in that packet. The sponsors will pay something like $1 per person. My question is how can I prove that x number of people have requested a packet?

twells22,

You don't really have to 'prove' anything. If you truly know the amount of leads you can provide monthly, based on your lead generation experience with your site, just quote an accurate or a little bit 'under' number. Also, a potential client may feel more assured you are a serious player if you offer up 10 or 20 free leads to test out, money in the bank if they are really targetted.

Do not send old leads and make sure you are collecting the kind of info your client needs/requests. Also be sure you are following privacy laws as specific to collecting individuals information.

Drop me a PM if you need more info.

Cheers!
