How would you monitize this hosting site?

Hi everyone,

I've been running a free hosting site called roxer.com for awhile now and was hoping I could get some advice on how to monetize it. Right now there's no advertising, it's completely free to use, and I don't make a dime. Of course I could take a crack testing methods myself by trying premium services, Adsense, or CJ, but I thought I'd run it by you folks first.

Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Lex

Looks really nice, how about adding a "donate" button to start with, some people really appreciate FREE

You could also promote domains and paid hosting to your higher traffic users

Looks good. The hosting market is good for affiliate programs, but then you would be competing with your own service. You can PM me if you want.

Hey, I could try a "Donate" button. Couldn't hurt I suppose; plus it doesn't take up any space really.

Heh, yeah I think hosting ads might compete w/ me a bit

I can also create custom Widgets, so I was thinking of creating an "Amazon Book" widget that could be configured with an ASIN. Users could show what book they're reading with it, and if someone happens to buy it I'd get an affiliate commission.
