Looking to develop a number of attractive domains owned since early 90's which have only been parked recently.

Am looking for minisite templates that I can add my original subject relevant content to easily.

Looking for ability to use affiliate (CJ, Amazon, LinkSynergy, Clickbank) and Adsense revenue generators as well as RSS fed 'news' section.

Appreciate suggestions, samples of sites that meet requirements.

Also looking for possible customizing help, please reply pm.

In terms of design, you're probably best off using a CMS like Joomla or Drupal, and then skinning it with one of the shop style templates from Template Monster.
Then it's just a matter of either getting the plugins to support the affiliate programs you want to use, or figuring out how to use their datafeed for a similar effect.

Whilst it takes a bit of time to get your head around it all, it certainly will save you the hassle of dealing with a potentially crap designer that can't actually handle systems like this.
