Looking to Buy Content Sites

Hi,

I am buying niche content/forum websites, here's exactly what I'm looking for:

• Strong domain
  
• Between 5 and 30 pages of Unique, targeted, SEO optimized content. CP passed - The more pages, the better.
  
• Adsense already optimized web pages within the website.
  
• Carefully selected niches, and carefully selected Keywords [low competition, high demand]
  
• Newer websites that are still not making a lot of money off adsense are ok.
  
• I also prefer sites that have affiliate ad potential over adsense only sites.
  
• Nice looking templates.
  
• Will only accept profitable niches - Loans, home improvement....etc

GENERALLY LOOKING FOR SMALL SITES WORTH $50 or LESS, but will, of course, discuss individual situations.

Of course, I will need to see all traffic stats, referral stats, Adsense Stats, Affiliate Stats and everything else I will need to know.
