Looking for content partner/assistant for 300+ domains @ WhyPark

I have roughly 300 domains that I'd like to develop instead of park as they either don't earn much via parking or don't get much natural traffic and a few that do earn well parked but have such badass keywords that they need to be ranked, they'll earn a lot more.

I have created a WhyPark account and added the majority of them to the account, however I can see already that to make WhyPark effective I'm going to need a lot of original content, to add relevant keywords, possibly look for some incoming links etc. The goal is to get the sites indexed and ranked in Google - particularly for the non-competitive keyword rich domains.

For this much content it is going to take more than finding somebody to write articles - so what I'd like to do is find somebody who can find people to write the articles. Your job would be then to place them on the domains, try different layouts, find YouTube videos to add to them etc etc.

We can discuss specifics in more detail 1 on 1 - perhaps you'll have some of your own ideas. Ideally you will be at least familiar and comfortable with the WhyPark system. I would also be open to using Noomle or other services, I just haven't tried them yet. Would also be open to a home-grown solution like Wordpress or mini-sites. All of that would be on you however, I have no skills to do any of that. WhyPark is the only development solution I can handle as of yet.

Compensation is negotiable. I would be open to paying a flat rate for your services, putting you on commission for the profits you earn or some combination of the two. Feel free to respond or ask questions in the thread or via PM.

    Thanks

    Hi Poker Pie,

As a domain consultant, I always advise my clients to move their non-performing domains they have at traditional PS's (domainsponsor, TZ, sedo, etc) to WhyPark.com. Not only do they have a chance to start making revenue, more importantly, your domains will have the chance to GET INDEXED by the search engines (SE's). The worst thing about "parking" domains at a landing page service (PS - Parking Service) is that those domains never enter SE's indexing stage, so if you're not getting traffic to that domain at your landing page, not only are you losing money daily , but you are preventing them, day by day, from becoming a part of most SE's indexing. That is the death knell for domains you want to build or flip. Get those domains built out quick!

You can't get OST (Organic Search Traffic) from a landing page provided by a PS. All you get is their potential to bring you CTR (Click Through Rate) at their set CPC (Cost Per Click) payouts, and YOUR domain has to provide those uniques and visitors needed to benefit from parking the domain. Nothing is transparent, and your domains are floundering if they aren't getting any traffic.

However, a free site at Whypark.com will provide you quick content from their huge database of content, but better than that, they provide you with designing your page the way you want, and adding CUSTOM PAGES that can include dynamic storefronts, RSS feeds, and quick reports you can hire a HS student to write for you, or you can write them yourself. WhyPark even has a service that will go to relevant blogs and comment including your services. I tried this myself with "digitalmammogram.com". Check that page out, and see the custom pages I added in my spare time. I basically copied news articles online (check out how get relevant news articles by email at my blog http://www.successclick.com,) then rewrote them by changing adverbs and adjectives, moving paragraphs, and simply eliminating content that was unneeded. It took me less than 10 minutes for each Custom page.

I provide you with a custom service as a domain consultant on how to get the best results from WhyPark, including direct connections with the executives and CS reps -- pushing you to the front and giving you MORE than what you'd get on your own. I usually would get a refcomm payout if you signed up through me... since you signed up on your own, I'd have to discuss this with WP to let me see where my cost would be to consult for you.

Best info for you: I was the Vice President of Business Development for Whypark 2008-2009 and helped sell the company to Parked.com, so I'm connected at every level for you if you want premium service at WP. If you need more info, and you are serious about building your domains and making money from them, message me and I'll guide you in from there...

    cheers,
    Stephen Douglas

Stephen, I don't see anything that looks like typical advertising on at least the first page of the site (except for the Haiti relief ad at bottom).
What different ways can whypark sites be monetized. Site I looked at was digitalmammogram, very nice clean site.

Hi bwh -- the ads are "two clickers" which means they are listed first, in this case under "related searches" on the homepage, then if any of those links are clicked, will take you to the "secondary" listing pages for the ads. This is considered a "cleaner more relevant" adlink process that eliminates trash clicks, and also pays out higher CPC rates because the users are proving they're looking at what they're interested in.

It's a science, not hard to understand, but if you want answers to how this all works, that's why I'm only one of a few domain consultants offering to bring you up to speed if you're ready and willing.

Contact me by email for further info if you want to move forward in monetizing your domains:

I completely agree that domain parking is a total waste. With just a little bit of effort, all domain name owners can have developed domains. WhyPark is a great service, but when it comes to development I advocate developing domains on your own using a standard CMS such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal. This is the methodology most 'serious' and 'professional' 'domainers' turned 'domain developers' choose to utilize.

Not only does this mean that you get to keep 100% of the Google AdSense revenue, but there are no payment requirements or 'premium services' that get pitched your way. Using a standard web Hosting plan costing a few dollars per month, you should be able to host nearly unlimited domain names with no more cost ever. And if you are using an industry standard CMS such as WordPress, it is much easier to begin 'flipping' developed domains at places like Flippa.com.

I believe that 'domain flipping' was yesterday's game and that 'flipping developed domains' is the future.

If you use a ubiquitous and open CMS like WordPress to develop your web sites, of which there is an almost universal understanding of by domainers, programmers, and web developers, you have a much more 'tradeable' and 'liquid' asset that can easily be sold, upgraded, or built on top of for years to come.

Other solutions, the standard 'hosted' domain development solutions in particular, are good, but in my own portfolio, I prefer to rapidly launch domains using open source CMS's such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal for all of the above reasons.
