Monetizing Video Sites

I am looking for a video advertisement agency for a you-tube like web-site, which I own. The site already has Adsense, making about $1 CPM, but I'm hoping that an alternative revenue will make a major difference. The site is getting 50K+ page views, and moving. I've found a few, but would like some experienced responses.

Well, I can't really offer you anything PPC, but if you're at all interested in the CPA stuff, we've got a few landing pages that convert decently for download video traffic.
Nothing so good for streaming.

I haven't used it but the netflix affiliate program or something similar (streaming/mail dvd rental subscriptions) would probably do pretty well

try CPA networks and place offers on your site that you think would interest your target audience. Check your demographics (in case you are not using any analytics software) you can check for this kind of information on Quantcast.com (You will see approximate sex, age, household income, other sites that your visitors are visiting etc). Then get Geo related info from your own stats, and together with the quantcast stats try to figure out what kind of people hang out in your website and what they are interested in (besides videos).

If you see that they are mostly teenagers, you can search CPA offers and add some Ringtone banners to your site - which will pay you up to $20 per action....you get the point.

Also, some CPA networks provide you with a banner rotation feature, so you can simultaneously rotate banners and split test them to see which one is converting the best.

I bet that you will earn many times more than the $1 CPM you are making now.

I've never had too much luck with CPA, but maybe I need to start investing more time finding the right ads.

I have both the standard stats like Awstats and from Google Analytics, and the search site records, as well as stats from when the site was being parked.

The vast majority are Spanish speakers, especially from Spain, primarily looking for news type items. Their is a Spanish sex-Psychologist, who gets a lot of searches and views, and I could potentially try to market her books, videos, etc. Michael Jackson clips right now are quite common, but like that the complexity of researching and finding the best ads and ad servers, changing and modifying the ads are holding me back.

I've used with one company with no success. It could be my traffic wasn't as good of quality as this is.

I sure hope so!

When the site was parked, it got almost 50% ctr, so I assume that means good potential.
