Hi I have a site that will get a huge amount of traffic tomorrow. Probably around 20,000 hits. As of now the site does not even have anything on it.

My question is: besides a little of my content, what should I put on the site as far as pay per click (Adsence, etc)

What is the best and will it let me do it in one day?
