Which site could I make the most money from?

I am torn between 2 sites and also if I should develop them or use as an affiliate site? What are your thoughts:

ILovePresidentObama.com

or

PresidentBarackObama.net

Thanks for the help!!

The first one would be far safer, the second one could open you up to a WIPO case.

So being new to the whole domain name scene, I just started reading about WIPO cases (I didn't know much about it). Would I be prosecuted for building a site using that name? Ugh!

No, WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) will be an arbitrator and merely take the domain and hand it to its "intellectual" holder. (Meaning, that if you owned the domain Nike-shoes.com or something like that and Nike wanted the domain, then Nike would use WIPO to take the domain name from you.

Develop none, find some projects where you actually can make money. Adult/dating, sales, insurance etc.

Out of the choices given I would say the second one.

Someone was selling "TheObamaBarackWebsite(.)com". The guy wanted $100 so I counteroffered $50. He again said he wanted $100 so I didn't purchase it. Then he emailed me back saying he'll give it to me for $50. I declined. I wonder how much that domain is really worth?

Not much I would say. Obama is over myspace. Young adults or probably everyone goes to his myspace page.
