sometimes because of what users load. The cost isn't in the website but mainly Hosting costs.

dedicated Hosting starts around $50 a month. when you use this script or a similar scipt it might cost you around $100-$200 to set it up.

You are not hosting the videos. You only point to the place where to find them. Depending on the country you host or live in it might cause legal issues or might not, I am not a lawyer , thus cannot advise on this. Basically the same information could be found using google, so I don't see why it should be legal for google to provide the information but not another website.
