What would you do with 8 good keyword .ME domains?

I am a part-time domainer and I bought 8 supposedly highly sought after .ME keyword domain names for a favourable price and I just don't what to do with them.

Here are my domains:

France.me, Bling.me, Sexe.me (means "sex" in French), Preview.me, BBC.me, Zoom.me, Commission.me, Confifure.me, Developer.me

Is it possible that I could:

1. Sell them - Given the fact that they are top domain names, would any companies or individuals find them an attractive prosition and buy them for alot of money.

2. Development - Partner with a person and build websites and see what happens.

3. Lease Domains - Is it possible to lease them to people in return for a reasonable price.

I am willing to let a person profit from my domains and share any income 50-50 if they can come up with a good idea(s) and either (a) they have the resources to do the job or (b) have a plan for getting the work done with a clear vision. But I will have to look at what input you offer and discuss how much profit to give you.

I am talking with people away from this forum and the first person to come up with a really good idea will be considered as a partner.

My idea for BBC.me is "Billionaires Boys Club" we have a social networking site for them and let companies list themselves for cost.

and

which of those statements are true?


another point

the first person with a good idea, is just a person with a good idea

it does not mean they will be a good partner.

also

you should post your domains for "appraisal" or in "web development discussion" section, which is more appropriate to address your concerns first.

partnerships, should be sought/established after you have done some research, history, trader rating reviews, etc. on a field of candidates.

It is preposterous to think that one would try to educate me! My statement was writen while very tired. The idea review process would take 2 weeks before I made a decision.

My suggestion would be not to buy domains because they are a favorable price but buy with a plan for them in mind.

As for development, learn to do this your self. It is very rewarding and gives you total control of content. Wordpress is a very good place to start making sites.

As for your particular names posted, one I can not see avoiding a WIPO or C&D and there are a couple more that could make good sites.

Bling may be perhaps the easiest to set up a site selling grilles, gold chains, and other Bling Bling.

My aim was to flip the domains when I bought them - I was accepted for the T.R.A.F.F.I.C. live auction in June however, I could not submit my Seller Contract before the deadline - fax problems.

With regards to developing, I studied html programming, seo, website development, etc, in 1997 on a course in the UK. In 1997 I discovered domains while studying. I believe a company would be a good idea to team up with because they may have better resources to take my idea to market.

you could develop preview.me in a site for trailers of movies and games. Zoom.me could be used for a (amateur) photography site.

Everything you learnt will be out of date, other than that pages begin with <HTML> tags.
If you're relying on web-dev education over a dozen years old, do not attempt to develop these sites on your own.

Bling.me: Get someone to setup a BANS or some other product feed based affiliate store for you. It'll do well if you can advertise it right, which probably means also getting an advertising budget for the project, and hitting up social networks that lower tiers of the economic stata use: i.e My Space

Commission.me could probably be flipped to one of the douches at DigitalPoint or WarriorForum that want to make their own affiliate network.
