First code on page produces highest paying ads

I watched this and found it very interesting, in particular that the highest paying ad will appear in the code that appears first on the page.

I also had not opened up my ads to targeting which I have now done.

Opening up ads to targeting is bad for websites that serve content in languages other than English. At least that's what I experienced and I turned it off.

I have opened up 3 sites to targeting and will post results after a few weeks.
