Country:     | First code on page produces highest paying ads I watched this and found it very interesting, in particular that the highest paying ad will appear in the code that appears first on the page. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0UbxiBZtqDM I also had not opened up my ads to targeting which I have now done. Country:              | Opening up ads to targeting is bad for websites that serve content in languages other than English. At least that's what I experienced and I turned it off.
