can someone take a look over my website goldelement.info which is a gold niche site and possibly tell me where to add or replace adverts to increase my CTR please?

last month i had 8,277 impressions and 67 clicks.
ctr @ 0.81%

this is very appalling so please help me.

You might try and place a Google link menu (no descriptions) above the site links on the left. You only have one ad block, try and get 3 on the page.
