Google AdSense for domains

Hi all.

I have my domains (about 40) parked at sedo.

I read somewhere that Adsense is a better money making option than sedo park.

Is this the case? How exactly does it work? Is it easy to set up?

Do The domains need to be developed websites? Etc.
