if u have ur account closed wait for a while and explain them what was the situation honestly.
Or develop a good site again, and reapply sometimes it works.
additionaly they dont keep the earning, they refund the earning to the advertisers!
I never had an Adsense account closed.
But my friends yes...Google take all earnings...

You gotta love Google, after beating domain parking down for years, leaving us all with 1 cent clicks, they come out with this, now they are in the parking biz.
