Monetizing a social network site

I have a social network site that gets decent traffic running adsense, last month was pretty slow but It did 3,107,114 page impressions and 4,866 clicks, properly monetized what kind of revenue should It be able to bring?.

Assuming there is a 3% conversion rate from those who click to those who buy, you would have 146 successes.

The question is what to sell these people, and what is the most lucrative way?

It will depend on the demographics of who is using the site.

In the case that this demographic is easy to target with a certain product or service, rotate banner ads with affiliate programs pertinent to that crowd.

In the case that the demographic is very broad, or difficult to monetize from the merchant's point of view (i.e. pre-teens, not having credit cards to buy online on impulse), your best bet is CPM, going on a basis of quantity over quality.
