Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure that these ads cannot be confused with Google ads.

I wasn't talking about putting static images next to a google ad, I know that is against their TOS.
Thanks for the find, but what if they are both image ads being displayed, not text base ads that do show colored text/backgrounds? They would both be different images, not the same color. So I can't run say CJ image ads that are the same size as google image ads on the same page without it being against google's TOS?
