I have a google skyscraper ad that is only displaying image. Is it against google TOS to display another image ad on the same page as the google ads that only displays images and no text ads?
I think it's against TOS to display images near Google ads.
So the key here would appear to be "formatted to use the same layout and colours as the Google ads or search boxes on that site"Competitive Ads and Services
In order to prevent user confusion, publishers may not display Google ads or search boxes on websites that also contain other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colours as the Google ads or search boxes on that site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure that these ads cannot be confused with Google ads.

I wasn't talking about putting static images next to a google ad, I know that is against their TOS.
Thanks for the find, but what if they are both image ads being displayed, not text base ads that do show colored text/backgrounds? They would both be different images, not the same color. So I can't run say CJ image ads that are the same size as google image ads on the same page without it being against google's TOS?
