If your domain traffic is US or Canada, I recommend using yahoo. This is parked.com feeds and other parking services out there.

It's not hard to test both. See which makes more $ for your niche. Most publishers regularly do test days on both.

I don't know how long they are taking now, I got accepted as soon as they started the program. (it was like immediate for me)

Funny thing is they are still in Beta, I even forgot how long YPN is active now.

They accepted me within one month.
That was just couple of months ago.
Haven't implemented it, yet.
Keep putting it off.

Here is little tip for you to get accepted if you are having problem.
But, again, you already know this

Your site need be really unique and original.
I tried 7 or 8 times before using different sites each time
and all got rejected until I used COCOON.org
