I've looked around but I can't find one (curse my low Google-fu skills!). I'm looking for a plugin that will track logins into my WP site as well as track the IP address they are coming from and if the login was successful or failed.
Please tell me it exists.

I found a coupl which are doing the job. Instant email when an admin login fails, full login log etc.. IP addresses included.
