Started this site about 6 weeks ago.
The site is 100% custom.
The concept is to rent out cities via integration with google maps, users would rent their city for $10. There is only 1 rental per city.
The design could use a make over, im not a design person.

the site is PHP with mysql database.
When a user clicks a city, if it is rented it shows the advertisement and text.

If it is not rented they can rent it by clicking the link. They make payment via paypal, then enter there advertisement details and upload an image.
After payment the ad is automatically placed. the transaction is also logged in the database.

I could not activate all cities as there is 140,000 loaded in the database, if a user finds that there city is not "rentable" they can simply activate it themselves.

Admin can change prices for cities via an admin page.

So far the site has rented about 40 cities.
I gave a few away in some forums also.

I think this has alot of potential for someone that can really get the site out there. I just was not able to , it made the local news which helped rent some cities.

The site got blasted with traffic when it was started but really died down now. Not sure if im going to sink some money into it to advertise it, or just sell it so figured I would see what I can get for it.
As I said, the site has made about 400$ so far in rented cities.

If interested shoot me an offer. I have not set price in mind.
