due to lack of funds and a new investment i am having to sell my newest project, 1GTA Nuke. (

It is a free PHP-Nuke hosting website powered by Cheaters MultiNuke script (
http://order.nickstallman.net) (worth $80) scince its launch i have advertised on many webmaster forums and am currently paying for 2 weeks of banner advertising on Zymic.
The site has had 2499 unique visits (data taken last night) this month and has only been on the server scince october 5th (so the stats are from october 5th till now)
I was ammased at how much popularity the site receved - within the first day of my "mass advertising" it had receved 50 signups. It currently has 204 hosted PHP-Nuke sites (which is currently growing at about 15 a day) and is fully automated.

It has made $2.40 on Bidvertiser scince last monday (pm for info) - i havnt realy pushed adverts much as i didnt want it to be another one of these sites with huge adverts all over it.
I have put alot of time into this site, with editing moduled - adding themes, etc and would hope that the new owner would take as much time with it as i have.
Price:
Because its had so many visits and such and it is clearly a niche market, i will not be accepting anything under $500 for this one. Im looking for offers in medium to high xxx and possibly low xxxx
For now i will set a BIN of $1000 for this one - if there is little or no interest i will reduce this.
