Hi all,

im having to put 1GTA Nuke back up for sale again as i realy dont have any time to run this site anymore.

It is a free PHP-Nuke Hosting website powered by Cheaters MultiNuke script (http://order.nickstallman.net) (worth $80) scince its launch i have advertised on many webmaster forums and am currently paying for 2 weeks of banner advertising on Zymic. (which can be continued for $16)

The site receved 7048 uniques last month (October) and has already receved 1020 uniques this month (November). You can see the live stats here: http://1gta.com/1gtastats - these update every night at 00:05 (or there abouts)

The site hit 500 signups on the 31st of October and is now well over 600. If you goto google and type in "Free PHP Nuke Hosting" the first result takes you to this address: http://phpnuke.org/modules.php?name=...ticle&sid=7506 it is the official PHP-Nuke website advertising for 1GTA (I did not pay for this, it was submitted).

The site has made $50 in revenue from selling $10 lifetime links on the links page: http://1gta.com/home.php?page=links - The links under the heading of "Site Sponsors" cannot be removed by the new owner as they have been paid for for the lifetime existance of the site.

It has made $4.84 on Bidvertiser - i havnt realy pushed adverts much as i didnt want it to be another one of these sites with huge adverts all over it.

I have put alot of time into this site, with editing moduled - adding themes, etc and would hope that the new owner would take as much time with it as i have.

Price:

Because its had so many visits and such and it is clearly a niche market, i am looking for offers in the mid xxx range. If you feel that this is too high please post your offers below and they will be taken into concideration, i have a reserver which i will not post on here but it is in the mid xxx range.

For now i will not be setting a BIN price (if you are seriously interested, PM me an offer and i will say wether i wll accept it as a BIN.

Because the database is constantly being updated and has over 75000 tables , i recommend that the new owner use SSH to do a backup and move it to their new server - i currently have the site on a Celeron 2.4Ghz with 512 RAM, it is handling it but i also have a small forum host on the server - i recommend you have either a P4 with 512 or 1GB RAM as it will need it as it grows.
