This site generates a good income from the MyLife program where people look up "Who is searching for me"

Terms it ranks for:

1st in Google for "who is searching for me"
5th in Google for "whois searching"



The site currently has 24,000 uniques a month with 50,000 pageviews.

The revenue PM is between $3500 and $4000.

I have owned the site since early September and since taking ownership, the traffic and revenue has steadily increased.

The highest offer I have received for the site thus far is $60,000. I am looking for offers in excess of this.

Alexa's stats indicate no particular traffic that'd match the numbers you're quoting. Traffic appears to be 23% from MyLife and 76% from Google.
Is the aforementioned revenue generated via affiliate payments? Also keep in mind that "Who's searching for you" is a tm of MyLife and even if the domain is an affiliate it could lose the affiliation due to the tm proximity.

am i missing something or is this a landing page that links to mylife.com when they enter their information?

so this isn't truly a site for sale, it is the domain name and the SEO work. pretty expensive.
