I hope this is an OK thing to ask here - I'm not posting the url. On the site you mention that the accounts are free and provide 500MB of storage to each user. What kind of usage are you actually seeing, and how are you handling that much data usage - ie: do you have code in place to handle multiple servers/drives, or will that need to be written by the new owner if this were to ever get a larger user base?

For example, 5k users at half a gig apeice is 2.5 terabytes of storage, or 9 300GB IDE drives. The failure rate at 9 drives has to be amazing, so is there a raid setup, how easy is it to handle, etc.

well it is true that each user is provided with free 500mb storage. However, after almost one year this site has been established, the largest account is only 70mb... so total for everything is only 15gb datas. So if the new owner has this webmail, you don't need to purchase additional server until at least another 20 months (in 2 x 80gb hd that i have now).

I will assists you or connect you with the best programmers and server admins that i know. They will definitely make the server addition or transfer very easy job.

Also just to let you know it is total control server with the planet and the server is in gold management. So you can actually make use of level 2 the planet technician which will be able to solve all problems you may have.
