Adult .com Content Site For Sale (Not Porn Site)

I didn't put this in the Adult section because this site is not explicit and does not contain any images or videos of sexual content. It is simply like an online's women or men's magazine IMO. --- Forgive me if you still don't think that this is the appropriate category. Please check out the site before you make any judgements or modifications, or move this thread.

Hi there.

I have an adult content site that I would like to sell. The site is www.TopNotchAdultXXX.com. Included in the sale is website + domain name.

It is NOT a porn site! The site contains content and articles about one's sexual life and things they can do to improve.

Site is very easy to change...it's all in PHP so there are files that will make sitewide changes (such as the ads).

Anyway, I think that this site could make a lot of money with Google Ads or similar ads as it is a great site for search engines (it has a lot of content).

Please feel free to make me an offer in the amount of $10 or greater. I would like to sell this by tonight or tomorrow!

Site is receiving about 25 uniques per day average according to Webalizer but I've had it on my server for a day and it's received over 100 uniques so far.
