It was created with the intent to generate leads in the mortgage market for Annapolis Maryland, which is a highly competitive real estate market. due to other business commitments, the site was never monetized in any way. It is, as it was developed. It has been ranking in the top 1 or 2 positions since May of 2010. It has not fluctuated out of those positions.
