I'm selling a relatively new site, ArticleCMS.com. It has not been promoted but has received several type-ins because of its excellent domain.

The domain is registered at Moniker and will expire on Nov. 3rd, 2006.

The script is a complete article CMS in a directory format. Here is the demo. You will receive full reseller rights to it. With little promotion, you can start selling this script and earning full profit. Currently the price of the script is set at $5, but you can change this to any value you like.

They aren't "exclusive" rights because other people have sold the script before. However, you will receive the full rights to resell the script to others.
