I am exploring the sale of this developed website. This would make a great portal for someone in the finance/insurance lead gen space.
The site generated around $2800 in revenue in 2010 from advertising, adsense and leads for payday and mortgage loans.
This site ranks in the top 30-40 for highly competitive search terms on google: mortgage rates, best mortgage rates, compare mortgage rates...however most of the present traffic is related to personal loans/signature loans (unique organic traffic right now is around 400-500 uniques per month)...with some more work this could make some nice money in the mortgage/insurance space for the right end user. The site has over 400 pages of unique content and thousands of backlinks. The site is built on wordpress and is hosted at GoDaddy, if you want to have the site you will need to know how to export the site as this is not my area of expertise.

I have also listed this on Flippa with screenshots of traffic for interested parties. In addition I have another advertiser expressing interest, which would add $600-800 of revenue on an annual basis.
